Description

The ASEEES Annual Convention is the major international conference in Slavonic Studies. At the 2016 convention in Washington, DC, I presented a paper, 'Screening Dostoevsky's Men', part of my larger project that brings together adaptation, masculinity studies and nineteenth-century texts. I also co-organized (with Dr. Jennifer Wilson, UPenn) a roundtable on 'Gender and Sexuality in Nineteenth-Century Russian Culture', expected to lead to an article cluster in 2017.
