BGER An intimate encounter at nano- and bio-interfaces (UK)

Activity: Other activity types - Research and Teaching at External Organisation

Description

In addition to the Oxford Chemistry, we have also visited Diamond Light Source and ISIS (Didcot) to initiate projects and perform trial measurements; three students also visited Sheffield to participate in a training workshop and perform an initial experiment to synthesise polymersomes at Sheffield Chemistry. Other UK based activities include hosting our collaborators from KTH in Stockholm for AFM measurements, data analysis and proposal writing; hosting an Australian academic visitor from Melbourne University to discuss possible experiments in nanofluids, who has since sent us custom-made Au nanoparticles.
