Delivered TED style talk 'Leading Curriculum change for Bristol Medical School: Bringing in MB21 Year 1'.
The conference will feature a range of internal and external speakers exploring the boundaries we all need to navigate as leaders and managers – whether they are personal or cultural, physical or virtual, in the workplace or in wider society. In our leadership, we must recognise the impact these boundaries have on our teams and our community, and realise the potential for growth and innovation that lies in collaborating across boundaries. Only when we deconstruct these boundaries can we overcome our collective challenges and transform what we can achieve as individuals, teams and as a world-leading university.
