Description
I organised the visit of Professor Elizabeth Horan of Arizona State University (Department of English), whilst she was on research leave for the semester in Europe. She delivered a well-attended research paper entitled 'Gabriela Mistral, Lesbian Biography and the Closet'. She also led a workshop entitled 'What to do with letters?' with my second-year undergraduates, studying 'Novels, Poetry and Politics in 20th Century Latin America'.
