Panellist on Her Majesty's Government Environmental Ethics Roundtable, assessing potential implications of engineered biology. This roundtable formed the second part of an Environmental Factor Assessment that supported a UK Decision Paper on HMB's approach to EngBio. Presented to a cross-HMG Emerging Technologies Board, chaired by Deputy National Security Advisor and attended by Director Generals from across HMG. Chaired by DEFRA Head of Futures.
