IAS Benjamin Meaker Visiting Professorship (Prof. Kimberly Myers)
Together with Andrew Blades, I hosted Professor Kimberly Myers, Associate Professor in the Department of Humanities at Penn State College of Medicine, for the series of events "Medical Humanities: Transatlantic Dialogues". During her stay, Professor Myers gave an interactive lecture on the role of creative writing and photography in pathographies of breast cancer, an intensive medical humanities course for English MA and intercalating students, and a masterclass for PhD students across the Faculty.
