Workshop II: Textual Exploration

This workshop will cover issues associated with lexical choices in literary and non-literary texts: e.g.insights from historical sociolinguistics (at the macro-and micro-levels) and their connection with the stylistic analysis of texts associated with different registers and genres, the impact of textual transmission, the priming effect of translation and the role of digital humanities in the study and visualisation of these factors
