I began my collaboration with Prof. Kathryn Grossman at Penn State on the cultural reception of Victor Hugo's landmark novel, starting with this invited guest lecture (How Do You Solve a Problem Like Cosette? Gender and 'Les Miserables') and graduate teaching.
