Eleonora Pantano has been invited as speaker and contributor to the event “PERFORM European Digital Retail Summit”, organized by the Innovation Value Institute and Maynooth University (Ireland) on the 18th of June. The event aim is to bring together researchers, practitioners, and leaders of industry to explore current trends, innovations and the new frontiers of Digital Retail. Specifically, the event runs across four main themes: (i) digital retail strategies and business models; (ii) innovation & digital retail technologies; (iii) customer experience in digital retail; and (iv) supply chain and logistics. Eleonora will talk about: “From predicting to creating consumer demand: the role of AI”, showing how prescriptive AI systems can be used from predicting to systematically create consumers demand (i.e., through subscription plans for physical goods), based on personal characteristics, historical purchases, evaluation and preferences of products.
