T-B PHASE team members participated in the research engagement event at Thales UK HQ. The event was organised to showcase a diverse range of research and technologies from across Thales UK and its academic engagements, and some 45 topics were exhibited from across the business lines. The event included attendees from Thales and its customers, including government scientific advisors and senior decision makers from within the Home Office, rail industry representatives and selected academic partners. T-B PHASE research was showcased via poster presentations by PDRAs and PhD students from the project team and linked research projects from the University of Bristol. The Thales-Bristol Strategic Partnership that governs the T-B PHASE programme was highlighted as a key activity for the Thales UK Research, Technology and Innovation division.
