Understanding and utilising insights into human behaviour when designing complex engineering systems

On 10 October 2012, 9am-12noon an interactive workshop will be held in the Systems Centre to discuss ways in which human behaviour can be quantified, analysed, and modelled, with the aim to design better engineering systems.
