This describes the results from the github https://github.com/danjlawson/ms_paper that generates "Ancestry Anomaly Scores" or AAS.
This is summary-level data.
Inventory:
aas_scores/meanpainting.csv.gz: Average Painting for each reference population for each SNP.
aas_scores/joint_whitenened_anamaly_pvals.csv.gz: p-values for the existence of a local ancestry anomaly at a given SNP, "Whitened" as described in the paper.
aas_scores/XXX_allchr.csv.gz: raw p-values for each ancestry XXX.
