the folder "AnalysisFiles" contains the files needed to reproduce the analysis.
.rif files are the raw image files.
.daf files are the data analysis files.
.cif are the compensated image files.
.daf files must be opened with their .cif counterparts in the IDEAS® software (v.6.2; EMD Millipore, Seattle, WA, USA)
