BSI FOO data

Data for the BSI FOO observational study. The population for the BSI-FOO study is 1,903 adults (>=18 years old) receiving in-patient NHS hospital care and having a clinically significant bloodstream infection with an organism in one or more of the following six target groups: methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA), methicillin-susceptible S. aureus (MSSA), non-ESBL-producing E. coli, any ESBL-producing member of the family Enterobacteriaceae, P. aeruginosa and any species of Candida.
