The dataset contains two folders, one with all the data referring to a 'Delphi' study, used to define a traditional Mexican diet index, and another to the 'ENSANUT' study, a secondary data analysis, using publicly available data from the National Mexican Nutrition Survey, to examine the association between the traditional Mexican diet and health outcomes.
