This study was a genome-wide association study (GWAS) of response inhibition, conducted in a sample of 2446 participants who attended the Age 24 Clinic of the Avon Longitudinal Study of Parents and Children (ALSPAC). Response inhibition was measured through a stop signal paradigm, with the outcome variable being median stop-signal reaction time (SSRT) in milliseconds.
