Description
The OCT2Confocal dataset offers in-vivo OCT and ex-vivo confocal retinal images derived from C57BL/6 mice with induced autoimmune uveitis. The dataset includes preprocessed OCT B-scans, 2D OCT projections and RGB confocal stacks. These resources support a variety of advanced image processing applications, including 3D image translation via CycleGAN models, multimodal image fusion and registration, retinal disease diagnostics, etc.. The dataset can also be used for studying the autoimmune responses using retinal images.
