Description
This deposit contains data in the form of videos as well as AI models for processing the videos. These data is related to research conducted in the UK and Argentina in avian scavenger behaviours around carcasses.
4 folders called ‘YOLO_v8n_Level0’, ‘YOLO_v8n_Level1’, ‘YOLO_v8x_Level0’ and ‘YOLO_v8x_Level1’. These are the actual AI models (the actual model is a .pt file found inside the ‘weights’ subfolder) and accompanying output plots.
‘YOLO_LabelledFrames_Level0’, and ‘YOLO_LabelledFrames_Level0’ – these are the folders of frames and accompanying labels for training the models
‘Test_video_data’ contains two subfolders:
‘Test_videos’: the 14 sample 10-minute videos used in the paper for comparing to the human manual observations
Individual_video_timeline_outputs: contains all the timelines for each test video of the three different AI models tested (one trained and run by the desktop, one trained by the desktop and run by the jetson GPU, and one trained and run by the jetson GPU) and for the manual observation.
