Personal profile

Research interests

I am a PhD researcher based in the MRC Integrative Epidemiology Unit, investigating the genetic landscape of progression of colorectal cancer and the influence of adiposity, combining statistical genetics and wet lab techniques. I am funded by the Bristol NIHR BRC. I am supervised by Prof Lavinia Paternoster, Prof Emma Vincent, Prof Gibran Hemani and Prof Richard Martin.

I studied Biomedical Sciences (first-class honours, University of East Anglia) at undergraduate level. I then went to The University of Manchester to study for a Master of Public Health degree (distinction).
