Research interests
Andy is currently a lecturer at the Quantum Technology Enterprise Centre and is involved in the education and development of scientifically leaning entrepreneurs seeking to establish their own deep tech companies. He is also a visiting professor at the Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan.
He gained his PhD in bio-inorganic nanomaterials chemistry at the University of Bristol. Andy has previously the Industrial Research Fellow for the Bristol Centre for Functional Nanomaterials where he acted as an interface between the BCFN and their industrial partners. Andy is also the founder of SurfaceRF, a company specialising in tamper-proof enclosures.
