Research interests
I am a PhD student working with Professor Abigail Fraser (MRC Integrative Epidemiology Unit), Professor Sarah Halligan (Department of Psychology; Bath) and Professor Golam Khandaker (Bristol Medical School). I am based in Integrative Epidemiology Unit and my research investigates the causes and consequences of inflammation with a specific focus on GlycA.
I use different methodological approaches to untangle the causal relationship between inflammation and health outcomes such as GlycA to depression and vice versa.
