Personal profile

Research interests

My primary interest is in understanding the neuroregulation of appetite and obesity by conducting studies in people with genetic or acquired conditions that effect energy balance, people with obesity and healthy volunteers. Conditions include craniopharyngioma, idiopathic intercranial hypertension and Type I diabetes mellitus.  Public engagement in science and Patient and Public involvement in research are both important in my work.
