Research interests
Dr Gouzoulis' scholarly interests lie in the areas of Comparative Industrial Relations, Sociology of Work, HRM, and Labour Economics. More specifically, his current research agenda focuses on three interconnected themes: (i) The impact of financialisation and globalisation on the employment relationship; (ii) The relationship between financialisation and non-standard employment; and (iii) The effects of financialisation on union membership and strike activity.
