Personal profile
Research interests
My research interests are centred on gender, crime and justice in modern England. Following an MPhil thesis on gender, murder and judicial discretion during the years 1780-1860, my current PhD project examines female acts of petty violence in the south-west of England in the late Victorian and Edwardian period.
