Personal profile

Research interests

I’m interested in arts-based and experimental research with 16–25 year olds and particularly the use of mapping as an animating and generative tool for mobilising and transforming how we make sense of ourselves and the world around us. I draw upon theory and practice from different disciplines including human geography, education and art and design, influenced by my background in wayfinding design to improve peoples’ everyday experience of cities and arts education.
