  • Thermal modelling and heatsink design
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) approaches to converter optimization

    • Artificial neural networks

Wide Bandgap Power Semiconductor Applications

  • Silicon Carbide (SiC) devices

  • High voltage, high power and/or high frequency converter applications

Electric Vehicle (EV) and More Electric Aircraft (MEA) Applications
