I study sea ice thickness changes in the Canadian Arctic using satellite altimetry and ice charts. I've used a multi-sensor approach to determine sea ice thickness change and the influence of snow depth products on the results in Baffin Bay. My current work involves creating a machine learning model that determines sea ice thickness from ice charts.
