Research interests

Jemima Cooper is a Senior Research Associate in Clinical Epidemiology and Public Health in Population Health Sciences at Bristol Medical School, the University of Bristol. Jemima is working on a process evaluation of the NAP SACC UK study - a NIHR-funded multi-site RCT targeting physical activity and nutrition in nursery settings. She is also qualitative lead for the Rapid Immune Test study - a NIHR SPCR-funded feasibility study implementing point-of-care tests for acute upper respiratory illness in primary care.

Jemima has experience working with a wide range of local and national stakeholders in addressing public health problems both at population level and in young people and adolescents. She also has an interest in interventions (development, implementation and evaluation), mental health and wellbeing, and behavioural science.
