Research interests
I am researching Anglican Biblical Hermeneutics. i am trying to assess whether it is possible to speak of a specifically Anglican way of reading the Bible. My research to date has focussed upon the developement of Anglican Biblical Criticism in the 19th and 20th Century both within the Church and the Academy. I have also been researching the Church Fathers to look for historical precedence for Anglican Hermeneutics.
