I hold an MA in Organisational Dynamics and a bachelor degree in Business Management. After some consulting experiences at private companies and the public sector, I started my academic career 2 years ago at the University of Chile, Faculty of Economics and Business. Since then, I have taught Organisational Change at the undergraduate school and done research for the Centre for Social Conflict and Cohesion Studies (COES).
Currently, as part of my career development, I am performing a PhD in Management at the University of Bristol. My research is focused on the normalization of individualism, greed, and consumerism on postindustrial societies, and how can we affect these social dynamics through Educational Futures in Business Schools. I propose that incorporating this vision could offer an opportunity to think about paths to aim for social change, pointing in the direction of encouraging and promoting solidarity, cooperation, and collaboration.
