I’m a final-year PhD student in Accounting at the University of Bristol. My research focuses on how temporal structures in management control systems affect emotions and value alignment within organisations. I take a qualitative approach, with my fieldwork based at a UK charity that supports people with disabilities in finding employment.
Alongside my studies, I work as a Teaching Assistant across three courses—Management Accounting for Strategy, Contemporary Issues in Accounting and Finance, and Strategy, Accounting and Finance for Management—at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
I also serve as a Trustee and sit on the Finance Committee of a local charity in Bristol, where I help shape the organisation’s strategic direction and governance.
