Personal profile
Research interests
My research interests are education for climate change, and more specifically education for climate justice. I am particularly interested in creative, participatory approaches to climate education, with youth-led action at the heart.
A commitment to social transformation guides my work. As a critical pedaogue, I see research and pedagogy as inextricably linked through a dialectical relationship between action and reflection. In my doctoral research, I am seeking to develop participatory methods which offer an approach to research which mirrors the values of critical pedagogy.
