Mrs Ludi Wang

I am an applied microeconomist with an interest in health and nutrition. My main research employs empirical methods and microdata to deepen our understanding of dietary decisions and their health impacts. In my job market paper, I study the effect of a dietary campaign promoting plant-based diets on dietary composition and its potential mechanisms. In additional projects, I study long-term trends of meat consumption and the effectiveness of targeted vouchers as instruments promoting healthy eating.
