Personal profile
Research interests
My research covers a range of clinical, organisational and methodological areas.
These include older age (e.g. hospital admission avoidance, healthy living, end-of-life care) mental health (e.g. depression, anxiety), delivery of care (e.g. primary, secondary, ambulatory, emergency), study design and implementation (e.g. randomised controlled trials, mixed methods observational studies), behavioural interventions (e.g. physical activity, alcohol use, smoking, handwashing) and respiratory disease (e.g. COPD, childhood asthma, COVID-19).
