Research interests

I am a medical statistician under the supervision of Yoav Ben-Shlomo.  Since 2013 I have been working as the main project statistician for the PD-Discovery (PI Michele Hu) and Tracking Parkinson's (PI Donald Grosset) cohorts which are both incidence cohorts for Parkinson's Disease.  My notable statistical work in PD includes data harmonisation of both cognitive and olfaction tests and using data driven techniques for subtype detection. As well as carrying our statistical analyses I am involved in both studies as a data manager and work to ensure data quality.

I also have experience in longitudinal modelling, creating a prognostic model for the natural history of individuals with Multiple Sclerosis, and in developing and validating diagnostic algorithms, such as a prediction rule for diagnosing Urinary Tract infection in Yound Children (DUTY study).
