Personal profile

Research interests

My background is in mathematics and statistics and my main research interests are in using mathematical and statistical modelling to provide solutions to real-life applied problems. As an early-career researcher I have already been able to realize this ambition in academic fields as diverse as fluid mechanics, brain imaging, geophysics, atmospheric chemistry and medical statistics.

I am a member of the Integrative Epidemiology Unit (IEU), working with Professor Deborah Lawlor on projects using metabolomics data in epidemiological studies to explore their causal role and/or ability to accurately predict risk in reproductive, perinatal or cardiometabolic health.
