Personal profile

Research interests

I am a lecturer in computational atmospheric chemistry in the Atmospheric Chemistry Research Group. My research uses models to study atmospheric chemistry, focusing on the roles of short-lived climate forcers in Earth's climate system. I'm interested in the processes that control the chemical composition of the atmosphere and how atmospheric chemistry mediates interactions between the physical climate and other components of the Earth system. Of particular interest are the global and regional climate effects of aerosols, tropospheric ozone, and precursor gases. This research contributes to broader efforts to address global challenges such as air pollution, climate change, and environmental sustainability.
