Research interests

Rachael Campbell joined the Law School in September 2014.  As a law graduate from the University of Warwick and after completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Chester, Rachael qualified as a solicitor at Gateley Plc in Birmingham.  She spent nearly 10 years at Gateleys, working as an associate in the Restructuring team before deciding to move to Bristol and join the Law School.
 
Rachael has previously advised financial institutions, investors, companies and insolvency practitioners on all aspects of security/enforcement, restructuring, distressed disposals/acquisitions and formal insolvency processes.   Her experience includes a secondment to the business support team of Lloyds Bank Plc.  Rachael also held the position of West Midlands Chair of the Turnaround Management Association (a non-profit organisation) between 2010-2014.
 
Courses taught in 2015-2016: company law (undergraduate and postgraduate) and foundations of business law.
