I am currently doing a PhD on migrant integration policies in the UK. My research uses a critical realist zemiological (social harm) lens toward national policies that create marginalization, and the local level resistance to them, provided by the Local Welfare System in Bristol. 

I am using a co-produced mixed-method approach for my PhD and have partnered with five organisations in Bristol as well as numerous individuals with lived experience to help shape the research questions and process. 

I also have an interest in migrant and refugee entrepreneurship and have been working as the Senior Research Associate on the Migrant Business Support Project
