Research interests

Sabina Sanghera is a Lecturer in Health Economics. Sabina holds an NIHR Postdoctoral Fellowship (2018-2022) to determine how best to measure and value quality of life in economic evaluations when health fluctuates.

Her other research interests are in the measurement and valuation of outcomes beyond health, economic evaluation in public health, women’s health and cancer.

She has published in these areas in peer-reviewed journals such as Social Science and Medicine, PharmacoEconomics and Health Expectations. She has presented her research at national and international conferences including the Public Health England Annual Conference, European Congress of Health Economics (ECHE), the European Health Economics Association (EuHEA, formerly ECHE), the UK Health Economists’ Study Group (HESG) and the International Health Economics Association (iHEA).
