Personal profile

Research interests

The Koh Laboratory is interested in exploring and exploiting molecular aberrations in cancer. Through collaborative use of omics profiling, imaging, molecular biology, pharmacology and computational approaches, we study how deregulated biological pathways, such as the DNA Damage Response and RAS signalling network, mediate tumour proliferation and progression. We leverage these mechanistic insights to identify actionable cancer-specific vulnerabilities. Our goal is to develop selective, synergistic treatment strategies that enable maximal tumour-cell killing and minimal host toxicity.

Enquiries from prospective graduate students and postdoctoral researchers are welcome.
