Research interests
My research focuses on the ecology of microorganisms inhabiting both natural and host-associated environments. I utilise amplicon sequencing (16S, 18S, and ITS) and shotgun metagenomics to characterise microbial communities and address key ecological questions through advanced bioinformatics and statistical analyses.
