Personal profile

Research interests

I currently hold a dual role as both AHRC/RLUK Research Fellow and Head of Library Research Support.

My own research is concerned with the application of digital 3D technologies to provide immersive access to cultural heritage collections. This includes building Virtual Reality environments, 3D scanning artefacts and spaces and interactive games design. Much of my research time is spent developing the Uncertian Space, the University's virtual museum platform. As a neurodivergent person, I have a special interest in the relationships between neurodivergence audiences & digital places.

My Library Research Support role involves working to promote open research with an emphasis on FAIR data, interoperability and digital preservation. The team spans research data management, digital humanities, researcher metrics and Open Access publication.
