Personal profile
Research interests
I am interested in applying analytical chemistry to environmental questions, especially the molecular fate of organic compounds in soil and archaeological environment. My specific area of interest include:
- compound-specific radiocarbon analysis (CSRA)
- compound-specific stable isotope analysis (CSIA)
- use of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) as proxies for soil function and health
- application of VOCs in archaeological studies as a non-distructive screen tool
