Research interests

Wayne’s research is in the field of analytical and simulation modelling applied across several domains, including supply chain, operational risk and healthcare.  His work has been presented at EurOMA and POMS.

He is also interested in the impact of organisational culture and cultural fit on the success of international mergers and acquisitions.

Pedagogically, he is interested in enhancing student engagement and the student experience more generally.  Specifically he is interested in examining and evaluating the value added to the student experience of digital interventional and gamification in teaching and learning.  Also the role of learning spaces in facilitating teaching and learning innovation is of interest.
