Research interests
I am currently a PhD student from the Department of English, University of Bristol. My doctoral research focuses on Kazuo Ishiguro and the language of the unconscious. I am particularly interested in the relationship between psychoanalysis and the literary writing of memories, dreams, fantasies, jokes and senseless behaviours. Prior to my PhD study, I had read my master's in English literature at Swansea University and Dalian Foreign Languages University.
