Research interests
My research is industry-oriented to propose, develop and validate much needed tailored accelerated methodologies that assist in the prediction of long-term degradation mechanisms of novel wide-bandgap quantum devices that are in parallel-connected configuration. Although accurate degradation detection methods for wide-bandgap devices do not exist yet, they are vital for future more-electric-aircrafts as devices are in the parallel-connected configuration for redundancy purposes.
