My research aims to explore Global Talent Mobility within FINTECH firms. I am curious about understanding the nature of the Fintech labour market characteristics in comparison to its business model, products and regulation. The competitiveness of Fintech depends on its talented employees, whether in ‘fin’ or ‘tech’.
