Research interests

Zach lectures and consults in the areas of Brand and Digital Strategy. He has consulted for businesses and charities in the UK, USA, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Australia, and New Zealand. 

Zach has held various leadership roles within Higher Education and has  worked in the charity sector within homelessness, recidivism prevention, and poverty alleviation. He has an MBA, a BSc (Hons) Business Management and IT, and is a certified digital marketer.

Zach's research interests and current PhD studies at Durham University lie at the intersection of Branding, Behaviour Change, and Identity. He has also undertaken various pedagogically based research projects related to authentic assessment, dispersed assessment, and employability.
