Description
Foal pneumonia is a common disease in young horses. The goal of this EPSRC IAA Exploratory Award is to apply technology developed for identifying disease in cattle to automatic detection of respiratory disease in foals. The method uses infrared thermography and deep learning to detect pathological changes in body temperature and quantify behaviour.
